repairs to the property are taken care of promptly without bothering
you. Major repairs require your permission before they are undertaken.

select, and train your Resident Managers.

All prospective
tenants will be properly screened to insure that your tenants
are of the quality you desire.

If necessary,
as a final resort, we will take legal actions on your behalf to
see that your rights are fully protected.

A complete
on-site detailed written inspection of your property is done at
least once a month, and more often if necessary.

A rental
market survey of similar properties in the same area is done once
every six months to insure that your rents are being maintained
at the best economic level for maximization of your income.

We have 24-hour
on-call maintenance team for emergencies.

If you desire,
we draw a monthly check in your favor for all surplus funds and
mail that to you or deposit it into any account you designate.

At year’s
end we prepare and send you an Annual Summary Statement of Cash
Flow. We deliver or send the originals of all paid invoices to
you.
