Applications are for one applicant only,everyone over 18 complete an application.

Please include with each application:

• 1) Proof of income, two current pay check Stubs
• 2) $30.00 money order or cashier’s check only for credit check fees (non-refundable)
• 3) 1 Copy of social security card

Application accepted in person
Monday - Thursday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM,
Friday - Saturday 9:00 AM- 1:00 PM.
